What the Today screen can look like. In the app you see your own plan and data.

Works with the devices you already have

You choose one source for each metric. Values from different brands are never averaged.

  • Apple Health
  • WHOOP
  • Withings
  • Intervals.icu
  • Google Calendar
  • Garmin(in progress)

We switch further sources on gradually, and the app shows only the ones that already work.

How it works

From picking a race to a week-by-week plan.

  1. 01

    Pick your race

Browse the GdzieStart race catalogue, which lists events from around the world. Follow a race and Tuffr tells you when its date changes.

    Works in the beta.

  2. 02

    Answer a few questions

Your race format, division, the race itself from the catalogue, the equipment you can use and your watch. The plan is built from your answers.

    Works in the beta.

  3. 03

Get a plan to race day

The plan runs week by week from base to taper. The coach adjusts it with proposals you approve.

Full race plans arrive at launch with Premium. In the beta the coach proposes training blocks and you approve them.

Who it is for

  • Your first fitness race

You want to reach the finish with a plan instead of a guess. Running, stations and strength all build toward one date.

  • A fitness race and a triathlon in one season

Swim, bike, run and station work share one calendar and one load total, so a hard brick session does not land on sled day.

  • Training as a pair

Duet lets you and a partner see each other's week, send reactions and set a shared weekly goal. Racing doubles? Set a shared race and target time, and the Premium member gets the station split.

Everything you train, in one plan.

  • A plan for your race

Pick the event and the distance. The plan mixes running, cycling, swimming and the gym, and load from every discipline adds up to one total.

  • Races from GdzieStart

A catalogue of races from GdzieStart. Follow a race and get a notification when its date changes.

  • Train as a pair

Each of you keeps your own plan, and you both see each other's week: what was planned and what got done. Session details and how you feel are shared only if you allow it.

  • Gym log

Log sets, weights and rest while you train. Gym work counts towards the same load as running and cycling.

The coach proposes. You decide.

The coach never changes your plan behind your back. Every proposal shows exactly what would change and why. Only what you approve reaches your calendar.

Why

You have rated how you feel low for two days, and your race is 9 weeks away.

An example. Garmin data never reaches the AI coach. When a day's data comes from Garmin, the coach skips that day.

Your data, your call

Rules that hold in Tuffr whichever watch you wear.

  1. 01The coach only proposes. You approve every change before it reaches your calendar.
  2. 02You choose one source for each metric. Values from different brands are never averaged or compared.
  3. 03A direct connection to Garmin Connect is in preparation. Once it is live, workouts you plan in Tuffr go to your Garmin watch, and finished activities and health data such as sleep, resting heart rate and HRV come back into Tuffr.
  4. 04Garmin data is always shown with Garmin attribution. We never pass it to the AI coach or to an AI assistant you connect, and we never sell it.
  5. 05You can disconnect Garmin in settings at any time. Deleting your account deletes your Garmin data, and you can ask us by email to delete only that data.

Who is behind it

  • An athlete who trains for races

Tuffr is built by someone who trains for fitness races and triathlon and wrote the plan he could not find in other apps.

  • A founding-partner coach

A coach who prepares athletes for fitness races is part of the team.
